We are reaching the culmination of all our hard work, blood, sweat and tears soon. There’s still the last few hard yards to go which requires regional travel and will be physically taxing, but at least I see a light at the end of the tunnel.
When this project is done and dusted, I know it will be worth it. I don’t see the kids or my family much nowadays. The other night Richard picked me up from the train station, I think it was 8pm, and the kids greeted me in the car, I was so happy and delighted to see them. They keep me going and luckily, they are forgiving of their absent mother.
My parents and husband have been making up for my absence so I’m so thankful that the kids never feel unloved or neglected. I know my family are worried that I’m working way too hard, when ah ma heard that I had to travel over the weekend, she tutted and said this is not a good job, ‘ah ne kang ma na eh sai jor’ .
My colleagues are in awe at my parents who still send me to work and pick me up, pack food for me at my ripe old age of late 30s. I am blessed.

Saitaoha was very happy to attend her bestie twins’ Frozen themed party. It was a glorious and slightly daunting sight, 20 mini Elsas and Annas!

The party was fantastic, ponies to ride on, real life Elsa and Anna to play games with, she had a lovely time and I’m so glad I got to spend some time with her.
Oh my train stop is here which means my little me time for the day is over. Back to that daily grind for me 🙂
