The theme for this Sunday’s family dinner was Foochow Cha Chu Mee, a soupy fried noodle that is popular amongst Foochows, I know my dad orders this a lot. It was nice to let someone take over the stove for a change and this is R’s contribution.
Verdict, very tasty although it lacked that distinct foodchow chineseĀ red wine taste since we can’t find red wine in Perth! Which got me thinking that I should try making my own here. Will go hunting for the ingredients next weekend, hopefully I will have recovered from this dreadful cough by then. Wish me luck!
